Belle Property Cairns 'comes to the party'

Although not literally …yet!

Belle Property Cairns was set up in 2005 and focuses on prestige residential, investment and lifestyle property in North Queensland. Their team, led by principal Nicholas Slatyer provide a range of property services including sales, property management and holiday letting (via Belle Property Escapes), and consistently maintain a national top ten ranking for highest average sale price alongside their top spot in the region.

The team are big supporters of the local community and extremely passionate about helping those less fortunate, especially children, which explains why, when Michelle Giuliani at Special Children's Christmas Parties called to let them know that the Cairns party was going ahead this year, they jumped on board!

“This was such a unique opportunity to get involved with the local community and give hundreds of children the opportunity to attend a festive fun-filled event.” explained Office Manager Ashley Nielsen. “Sadly, there are so many children with daily struggles right here in our own backyard and this event gives them something to look forward to. We at Belle Property Cairns believe all children deserve to be a part of the magic of Christmas.”

“It's fair to say we simply wouldn't be able to hold any Parties without the support of the local business community.” says Special Children's Christmas Parties organiser Annemarie Hodson. “Support from local businesses like Belle Property Cairns allows us to in turn support special children and their families at this time of year, when our children are top of mind.

COVID continues to be a challenge for us, however this year we are able to hold a Party in a slightly different format than before, but still a lot of fun for the children and their families that come along. We're keeping our fingers crossed that everything will be 'back to normal' – or as close as - next year.”

As this is their first year as supporters of the Party, no one in the team has been along to a Party yet.

“We hope to join in the festivities next year though!” added Ashley.

And we look forward to seeing you there!
